We get our customer respondents from one of the largest sample providers in the world, with access to 60m+ customers globally and 200,000 in New Zealand.
All of our research products have been carefully designed by our team of research consultants to ensure you get the best possible answers to your toughest customer questions. Our research consultants are trained and experienced market research professionals. We do however only have limited control over the quality of individual respondent answers. We do not therefore, take responsibility for the sentiment expressed by individual respondents.
We currently offer the ability to tailor your customer audience by size (number of customers asked), gender and age bracket. In order to keep the price you pay as affordable as possible, we do not currently offer any additional customer demographic options.
We are currently working with New Zealand customer audiences only, however if you would like to deliver a research product to a customer audience in another market, you can email us at projects@foxiq.nz and we would be happy to discuss your needs.
We do not currently offer an option to use independent customer databases as a standard feature, however if this is something you would like us to deliver as a customised project, just email us at projects@foxiq.nz and we would be happy to discuss your needs.
Depending on the number of customers you would like to hear from, it typically takes between 5-10 working days to process the order, ask the questions, format the findings, and send the report.
Absolutely! Just select the ‘Custom’ report option when you place your order, the price will update to reflect this, and one of our trained project managers will be in touch to discuss your needs.
For sure! Just select ‘Analyse’ on the ‘Findings’ drop-down menu when you select your preferred research product, and we will automatically include this in your order. You will then receive your findings report complete with a range of insightful comments about exactly what your customers are thinking.
Yes! Just select ‘Yes Please’ on the ‘Presentation’ drop-down menu when you select your preferred research product, and we will automatically include this in your order. Your project manager will then be in touch to arrange a suitable time to present your findings report to you (1 hour max) via virtual meeting platform.
Yes! We would be happy to provide the raw customer research data in Microsoft Excel form. Just let your project manager know this is something you would like to get along with your findings report and we will send it through at the same time.

With Fox, what you see is what you get! So no, we don’t charge any additional fees. All of our affordable pricing is one-off and based exactly on your requirements. Just click through the drop-down boxes on the research product you would like to purchase, and we will work out your price excluding GST. Nice, simple, no hassle!
Fox and its payment partner Stripe accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as digital wallet and bank debit and transfers.

Incidence Rate:
An incidence rate is the number of customers from a sample that will qualify for our study.
For example, if only 5 out of 10 people asked to participate in a Brand Sentiment study have ever heard of your brand, the incidence rate will be 50%.
Please note: We only work with an incidence rate of 30% (or 3 out of 10) and above.
Sample:
A sample is a specific group of customers chosen to ask questions of, to find out about the whole, usually much larger, group of customers.
Respondent:
A respondent is an individual who takes part in a market research project.
Purchase Funnel:
A purchase funnel, is a model that illustrates the theoretical customer journey toward the purchase of goods or services.
Brand Sentiment:
Brand sentiment is a measure of how people feel about your brand.
Triggers & Barriers:
An understanding of what prompts customers to use (Triggers), or prevents from using (Barriers) your product or service.
Net Promoter Score:
A widely used market research metric that is based on a single survey question asking customers to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague.
